This policy explains how StageEquip Pte Ltd (UEN 201321802E) ("StageEquip", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through stageequip.com and when you contact us. Orders placed on our webstore at stageequipstore.com are also covered by the webstore's own privacy policy.

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:

• Enquiries: your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and the details of your enquiry.
• Repair requests: your contact details, plus equipment details such as brand, model, serial numbers, warranty and purchase information and a description of the fault.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Correspondence: emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes when you contact us.
• Website usage: technical information such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies (see section 5).

3. How we use your personal data

We use personal data to:

• respond to enquiries and prepare quotations;
• process repair and service requests, including inspection, quotation, repair, collection and warranty claims;
• supply products and services you order, and handle invoicing and delivery;
• send product updates and news, only where you have agreed to receive them;
• improve our website and understand how it is used;
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue providing some services, such as completing a repair.

Our website uses cookies. Essential cookies make the site work. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies. You can accept, reject or change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie banner, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.

10. Marketing messages

We send marketing messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, and every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not send marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers listed on the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given us clear consent.
